We are seeking an organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our Georgia team. This role involves managing office operations, maintaining records, assisting with insurance claim documents, and coordinating communication between clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage daily office tasks, including phones, scheduling, and client greetings.

- Maintain accurate client files and documentation.

- Assist with insurance claim document preparation.

- Coordinate communication among clients, adjusters, and contractors.

- Handle correspondence and monitor office supplies.

- Support administrative tasks and special projects.


Qualifications:


- Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

- Experience in insurance or public adjusting is a plus.
