Estimator (Xactimate Proficient)

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating insurance claims and providing accurate estimates using industry-standard software. This role is essential to ensuring fair and timely settlements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate property damage claims.

• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, Simsol, and/or Symbility.

• Collaborate with adjusters, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate claim adjustments.

• Review and analyze claim documents, including photos, repair scopes, and contractor estimates.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates and communications.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed as an insurance adjuster or willing to obtain licensure (company-paid training available).

• Proficiency in Xactimate, Simsol, and/or Symbility.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance estimating or adjusting.

• Knowledge of building construction and repair practices.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
